NGMB SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD does not provide refund & cancellation once amount paid through the payment gateway and others other than in the following circumstances: ✔Technical errors may result in the customer's card or bank account being debited repeatedly OR in an excess amount being debited from the customer's account in a single transaction. In these circumstances, the customer would receive a refund for the extra amount, minus Payment Gateway fees. ✔ Payment is being charged on the customer's card or bank account due to a technical problem, but the transaction is not completed. ✔The original payment receipt, if any, and the transaction number from the time the payments were made must be included in the refund application that the customer submits.
